Erik Jan de Vries
AI & MLOps Architect, Engineer, and Strategy Consultant with 15+ years of experience — designing and operating ML platforms on Azure and GCP, delivering Generative AI services, and developing Data & AI strategies that translate organisational ambition into a workable plan.
Background
I’ve worked across the full spectrum of data and AI — as a data scientist, platform engineer, architect, and technical lead — which means I understand the gaps between experimentation and production from every angle. I’m equally comfortable writing code, reviewing an architecture, or aligning platform strategy with business stakeholders.
Since 2023 I’ve been working independently under Tadata, delivering MLOps platforms and Generative AI services for clients in maritime logistics, financial services, and the public sector. Prior to that, I led the Data & Analytics practice at Triple A – Risk Finance, and served as Lead Data Scientist & ML Architect at BigData Republic.
